Product Description

Complete Maize Milling machine have Four stage.

1.Cleaning stage.
Use the magnetic separator removing the iron. The vibrating screen is mainly used to remove the impurities, and then use the destoner removing the stone and other impurities.

2.Peeling stage
Emery peeling machine and Iron roller peeling machine is used for peeling the maize,in order to make sure that the final product is without bran in, to improve the taste.

3.Corn broken and sifting stage
Use a Crusher to broken the maize,polishing the flour out, and sifting the grits to 2-3 different size.

4.Packing stage
Finally the final product will be packed to bag.
