The Maize flour production line is an automated processing system that converts maize into corn flour of different specifications. Through the collaborative operation of multiple processes, it realizes the full - process production from raw material cleaning, peeling and crushing to finished product packaging.Compared with traditional processing methods, our corn flour production line can increase raw material utilization by 20%, reduce energy consumption by 15%, and ensure stable product quality, meeting the different requirements of various markets.
Cleaning system
The moisture content of maize is controlled at 13%-14%, The Cleaning machine is to separate large-particle impurities such as maize stalks and broken leaves from the maize; the destoner separates heavy impurities such as stones and mud blocks based on the density difference of materials; the magnetic separator removes metal debris through magnetic adsorption to ensure the purity of corn.
Peeling system
The cleaned maize enters the peeling machine, which removes the maize husk by means of grinding and impact, with a peeling rate of over 95%.
At this stage, an air separation device is added to separate the bran and endosperm, thereby improving the quality of the finished flour.
Crushing,roller milling and flour sifting system
The crusher breaks the maize kernels into small particles to prepare for subsequent grinding. Meanwhile, 30% of the flour is produced at this stage, reducing the quantity of roller mill machines. This ensures the production capacity while lowering the cost of maintenance.
The crushed maize endosperm is classified by a multi-layer plansifter and then enters roller mills . The roller mills adopt a toothed-roller grinding structure. the maize is ground into coarse, medium, and fine powders.
Packing system
According to customer requirements,maize flour is quantitatively packaged by a metering packaging machine. Common specifications include 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, etc.
