Maize skin and Maize core are milling independently in this milling machinery.

The raw material enter the machine are grinding for 4-5 times , the flour out ,the skin will be continue grinding ,

the flour out, the skin out. Next grinding the core for some times, the flour out.

 

 

Process description

Cleaning stage: First, a magnetic separator removes the iron. The vibrating screen filters impurities, and the slag eliminator removes stone and other impurities.

Peeling stage:Corn husks are ground separately from corn using a corn husker.

Grinding stage:Grinding and milling the maize. use the double -bin plansifter screening .
Packing stage: Finally the final product will be packed.

 

Functional use of the product

Main feature:
1. The whole automatic production line, save workers, one person can operate.
2. Complete the functional processing of corn cleaning, peeling, grinding and kernels.
3. Clean corn, remove stone, metal, sand and other impurities.
4. Peel the corn, remove the skin, germ, and black corn. After washing and peeling, the best corn raw material is prepared for further processing into corn meal or kernels.
5. You can choose the mesh to make the flour as fine as you need.

These are the three stages of our product, the raw material stage, the shelled semi-finished product stage, and the final grinding stage.
