Q1. Is there no washing with water? To remove the saponin from the grain?
A: There is with water washing is wet method peeling. Ours is dry method peeling. Without water washing.
Q2. Can we remove and recover the Saponin?
A:Yes,you can remove and recover the saponin.
Q3.Why does quinoa processing equipment use a Emery roller peeling machine first and then an iron roller polishing machine?
A: The peeling effort is better. The emery roller peeling machine removes the outer skin of quinoa by rubbing it with rotating sand rollers. This peeling method can effectively remove impurities and saponins on the surface of quinoa while maintaining the integrity and nutrients of the quinoa.
