The rice processing production line is a complex industrial system that converts paddy into finished rice. Through multiple precise processes, it realizes the procedures of paddy cleaning, hulling, rice milling, polishing, color sorting, etc., to ensure the output of high-quality rice. Relying on advanced mechanical equipment and intelligent control systems, it takes into account both production efficiency and product quality.

Cleaning system

Paddy enters the cleaning process firslty. The raw grain is often mixed with impurities such as straw, stones, and metal. Equipment such as preliminary cleaning screens, vibrating screens, specific gravity stone separators, and magnetic separators work together. The preliminary cleaning screen removes large impurities, the vibrating screen separates small impurities, the specific gravity stone separator uses specific gravity differences to remove stones, and the magnetic separator adsorbs metal foreign objects, ensuring that the purity of the paddy entering subsequent processes meets the standards.

After cleaning, the paddy enters the hulling process. Uses the frictional force of rubber rolls  to remove the husk of the paddy, get brown rice

This machine separates the unhulled paddy according to the differences in specific gravity and particle size between paddy and brown rice, and sends it back to the huller for reprocessing to ensure the purity of brown rice.

The brown rice then enters the milling process. The rice mill removes the cortex on the surface of the brown rice through processes such as grinding and abrasion, transforming it into white rice.

The white rice can be graded into the following finished products:

First-class rice (with a broken rate of about 1%)
Second-class rice (with a broken rate of about 15%)
Large broken rice (with whole rice content < 5%)
Small broken rice (without whole rice)

The polisher sprays water mist onto the rice surface through a spraying device, while using the frictional force generated by the high-speed rotation of the polishing roller to further remove bran powder from the rice surface, making the rice appearance more crystal-clear and improving its commercial value

The color sorter uses photoelectric technology to scan each grain of rice, identify unqualified grains such as yellow grains, spotted grains, and discolored grains, and blows them out through high-pressure air valves to ensure the finished rice has uniform color and excellent quality

Packing and sealing system

According to customer requirements,White rice can be quantitatively packaged by a metering packaging machine. Common specifications include 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, etc.
