Complete corn grinding mill line have Four stage.

1.Cleaning stage.
Use the magnetic separator removing the iron.

2.Peeling part
Emery roller peeling machine and Iron roller peeling will be used for peeling the corn 2 or 3 times. after peeling, the germ extractor will extract the embryo, to make the Maize flour more Clean and good taste.

3.Flour Milling part
We usually use crusher to break the maize to pieces and use roller mill for more fine grinding,you can adjust the fineness you want.

Finally the corn flour will be packed by manul or semi-auto packing machine.
