Complete Maize Milling machine have Four stage.

1.Cleaning stage.
Use the magnetic separator removing the iron.
The vibrating screen is mainly used to remove the bigger and smaller impurities,
Then use the De-stoner removing the stones same size with the grain.

2.Peeling stage
Emery roller and Iron roller peeling machine is used to  peeling the maize.In order to peel it totally,
We usually peel it 2-3 times.
And the Germ extractor will be used to clean the germ out.

3.Grinding and sifting stage
The Crusher is used to broken the maize,and then sifting them to flour, small grits, middle grits and big grits.
The outlet rate can be adjust according to your requirement.

4.Packing stage
Finally the final product will be packed.we can use manul packing or add auto packing machine.
