Rice Milling process:
1. Cleaning part
Bucket Elevator is mainly used to transport paddy rice in complete processing line.
The screening and de-stoner machine is used for cleaning the grains,removing impurities like sand,cinders,mud,dust,shell etc.
2. Milling part
Next, the rice into the paddy husker to remove the shell.
It can separate the shell from the paddy husk mixture through the suction effect.
Paddy separating screen used to separate the brown rice and rice.
The rice that has removed the shell will be into the emery roller milling machine for further processing.
Then into the color sorter to select the super white rice and broken rice.
3. Packing part
Finally,use automatic packing scale to pack the white rice .
